Zimbali Architectural Controls - This data provides architectural control information intended for use by the appointed architect for each site (Erf).

Zimbali Overall Civil Information - This data provides master sets of CAD data covering the full Zimbali Coastal Resort expansion intended for use by the Zimbali Project Team, Architects involved with the design of numerous sites are also encouraged to use this data. This data is broken up into feature sets i.e Cadastral, Contours, Road Contours, Sewers etc.  This data set is fairly large and would recommend only downloading this data through a fast internet connection.

 

Zimbali Sites Civil Information - This data provides a full site plan clipped (small file size)for each site (Erf) with full details for design ie. Cadastral, Contours, Sewer connection, Road levels etc

Zimbali Sites SG Diagrams - Original signed Surveyor General diagrams for each site have been scanned to PDf  format for download.

A SEARCH FOR LOT DATA and LOCATE LOT DATA BY MAP facility is also availiable for ease of use to locate data.

IMPORTANT NOTE : ALL CAD DATA PRESENTLY AVAILABLE ON THE SITE IS DESIGN DATA AND NOT AS BUILT DATA. AS BUILT DATA WILL BE UPLOADED TO THE SITE AS CONSTRUCTION PHASES ARE COMPLETED AND LABELLED ACCORDINGLY
